THINKING BLOGGER & FRIDAY FEAST 139

FOR FRIDAY FEAST SCROLL DOWN

I have got a price and even twice ! I don't know what happens to me for the moment but this is now the third one ! One for my hat and two for my head (I mean brain, if there is some)

And this is the price I have got !

I only wished my teachers would come out of their graves and see this ! I think they wouldn't believe it ! I wasn't very famous for thinking at school !

I was honored with this price from Melli and Shelly Kneupper Tucker and I thank them very much ! The idea of such an award came from The Thinking Blog" from Ilker Yoldas.

I never thought that my writings would inspire people to think, but it is very flattering ! Unfortunately there is a condition with this price ! I have to find 5 other "thinking" Blogs ! I should find 10 because I got the price twice, but that's too much for one woman ! After a long reflection I finally choose these 5 Blogfriends. That doesn't mean that others are not nice to read but I wanted to find 5 who didn't get this award or others yet.

Sanni often has very interesting things to tell and I like her humorous writing style.

Mrs. O'Kitten lives on a Llama farm and writes about her life on the farm. Even in serious situations, she always makes me laugh. She writes about her Llamas and I even had the honor to assist to the birth of baby Llama Pepper in October. Since this time I see her growing. She also writes about her cats and the other animals and it's very refreshing for me to read her farm life. She also is a great knitter, I suppose because the things she shows look very nice. I have to admit that the knitting stuff I don't read.

Tor Aa lives in Norway and writes about his life there. He also has a very humoristic style and it's always very nice to read his adventures and his life with his wife and the two cats.

Puss-in-Boots tells me about life in Australia and also about her cat Oscar. I have learned already a lot !

Vlado & Toni Toni is a filipina and lives with her Bulgarian husband in Germany. She teaches me a lot about the country of which I have my passport. I love her writing style and also what she writes. It's a little bit about everything.

Now I have put enough links (it still takes me a lot of time, I just can't get used to it) if I would put more, I think I wouldn't have finished today !

Appetizer When you were a child, which crayon color was your favorite?

Red and it seems that I am still a child because I still like red !

Soup On a scale of 1 to 10 (with 10 being highest), how likely would you be to change jobs if it required you to move?

Change jobs ? I am not allowed to change, I am retired. That's a very nice job and needs no change anyway.

Salad Take all the numbers in your birthday and your phone number and add them up, one by one. What’s the total?

Sorry I misplaced my calculator.

Main Course Have you ever “re-gifted” anything? If so, what was it and who did you pass it on to?

A green toaster with pink roses which I got from my mother to fit in my red-white kitchen. I gave it to the garbadge man who loved it.

Dessert Name something you need from the store.

The store

I wonder if the garbage man kept the toaster or re-gifted it himself !

Gattina,

I don't think so, with the number thing. I was born in 1962 and I am 44 years old. So try again see if that makes since. I don't know what your figuring. Let me know

i'm so honored! (Pepper does ask about you...i tell her about you and arthur's adventures, she likes him a lot because he is also very white)

oh no, now must i also think of 5 other "thinkers"?

i really appreciate all of your kind words! (and it's quite alright that you don't read about all the knitting, it's *very* boring for all the non-knitters, i know!)

Great Feast! :)
You're so nice to the garbage man.

Happy Friday.

Good choices there Gattina :-)

I have only one question:

Why have I been alone in the cruise spa today? *giggles*

Gattina, thank you so much for nominating me for the Thinking Blogger Award. That's twice someone's nominated me now...I'm not sure what I say to make people think. Unless it's the Australianisms (as in "headless chook") I sometimes use that have people scratching their heads and thinking, "What on earth does she mean by that?"

Thank you very much, Gattina. I shall inform His Feline-ness, Oscar, about that, as he is often an inspiration (or sometimes, desperation).

Wow! What an owner for that Thinking Blog award nomination! I am speechlesss. I have to make my list for the acknowledgement so I won't forget any of my supporters in case I win *wink*. Thank you Gattina for finding time to read my blog and thinking of it as interesting. Sorry for the delayed comment, I went to your blog this morning but didn't see all of your post because V. took me away from the computer to do some errands.
